Training is an important part of our personal development programme at Peak Well Systems, so we were delighted to welcome back Bob Taylor of Taylormade Training Consultants (TTC) to our Perth facility last month.
Bob delivered bespoke training courses to two groups of workshop technicians and engineers, aimed at giving them a detailed insight into the different processes within the upstream industry. Detailed modules on braided line and slickline enabled everyone to better appreciate Peak’s contribution in terms of where tools are deployed and the value they bring to our customers.
As one of the technicians who attended the course commented: “Not only has it given us the ‘bigger picture’ of the hydrocarbon recovery process, but it also provided an in-depth description of standard industry tools, as well as some of Peak’s own specialist technologies. It helps put our assembly work and product design into context now and helps us to realise the value we bring.”
Bob visited us again last week to present the technicians with their certificates, pictured herewith.
